Job Description:

Responsible for design verification at IP, Subsystem and SoC full-chip level
Define verification strategy and test plan for complex digital IP and SoC, working closely with design engineers to identify critical verification scenarios

Work closely with design, DFT and product engineers to establish product testing and production release requirements for complex SoC (System on Chip) for computing and Edge AI applications
Implement & realize DFT test plan into actual ATE production tests
Define ATE test hardware requirement (wafer & final test) to meet product test requirement. Work/Collaborate with layout board vendor to ensure ATE test hardware is correct and meeting product test requirement
Test pattern conversion from STIL/VCD to ATE (V93K) format
Create test program & flow sequence for testing NPI engineering samples, reliability qualification & final production release. Maintain, support, and develop all production test procedures required
Implement pre-production throughput optimization – multisite capability, test burst

We are looking for a highly skilled FPGA Prototyping / Emulation Engineer to join our SoC development and validation team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining SoC-level FPGA and emulation environments to enable system-level/SoC validation and early software development before tape-out.

You will collaborate with architecture, RTL design, verification, and software teams to create high-performance, reliable prototype platforms that accurately model target silicon behavior.
