Ong Chin Hu - CEO

  • Former VP of SoC Engineering at StarFive: Led the successful production of SoC#1 and SoC#2
  • Former Engineering Director at Intel PSG: Led the IP Solutions organization with around 100 engineers, focusing on IP and platform solutions for Agilex and Stratix, including the first FPGA with 2Gbps HBM2, DDR4, and high-speed protocols like 10GbE-400GbE​
  • Former Director at Marvell: Managed the Marvell Design Center in Malaysia and a design team in Japan, successfully bringing over 20 SoC products to market for various applications including consumer imaging, servers, and mobile devices​
  • Holds an MBA from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from University Technology Malaysia​

Michael Liew Woon Chin - CTO

  • Former architect at StarFive: Responsible for all the SoCs architecture definition and leadership of critical IP development​
  • Part of Broadcom's early engineering team: Laid the technical foundation that led to the company’s IPO in 1998​
  • Delivered the world’s first Digital Cable Modem SoC and Digital Satellite Set-Top Box SoC in Broadcom, California​
  • Led the Intel Malaysia team in delivering the first fully owned x86 CPU project, Westmere— the world’s first 32nm CPU
  • Holds a Master of Science (Honour) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from University of Minnesota (Twin Cities) and a Bachelor of Science (Honour) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Iowa State University​
